Clear, transparent, and fair. Everything you need to know about our service guarantees, privacy frameworks, and terms.
LAST STRUCTURAL REVISION: JUNE 1, 2026
This Terms of Service agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Aveliso LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual or corporate entity who registers an account, initiates a financial payment, or deploys computing instances within our grid architecture ("User", "client", or "you"). By accessing our systems, you explicitly declare that you have read, executed, and agreed to every condition stipulated herein.
To provision virtual machines, dedicated servers, or shared environments, you must establish an identity profile within our automated client management system (WHMCS portal). You agree to maintain continuous, absolute accuracy regarding your legal name, physical company address, contact telephone, and destination emails. We utilize advanced fraud-profiling algorithms and manual audits to check new accounts. Providing proxy-shielded data, false locations, or stolen profiles will trigger immediate node suspension and administrative isolation without structural liability or refund obligations.
All computational configurations and data networks operate on an automated, recurring billing cycle based entirely on the interval configured during the initialization process (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). By saving a credit/debit card network asset or electronic routing vector to your profile, you grant Aveliso LLC an unconditional, ongoing authorization to collect subscription fees on or before the generated invoice deadline.
Invoices are compiled and electronically dispatched prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Failure to complete token collection triggers automated network tasks:
You agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless Aveliso LLC, its officers, engineers, and suppliers from any legal actions, liabilities, damages, and operational costs (including external attorney fees) originating from your specific infrastructure deployment. Under no circumstances shall Aveliso LLC be held accountable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including revenue shortfalls, target market losses, data errors, or business halts—even if advised of such vectors beforehand. Our total liability under any valid structural claim shall never exceed the raw financial amount paid by you for the specific service module during the three-month window immediately preceding the legal event.
LAST STRUCTURAL REVISION: JUNE 1, 2026
We restrict data collection to variables essential for maintaining system safety, complete transaction processing, and provisioning cloud assets. This includes physical contact identities, verified email paths, registration IP logs, access browser parameters, and structural configuration metrics captured during WHMCS checkout actions.
To guarantee complete corporate data integrity, our platforms do not store raw credit/debit card parameters, CVV blocks, or clear banking numbers inside our local relational databases. All financial interactions are encrypted and passed directly to our certified payment processing partner, Stripe. Transactions are executed through tokenized network pathways, ensuring your critical payment parameters remain fully isolated from our compute grids.
Aveliso LLC does not lease, sell, or trade client identities or user telemetry streams to third-party advertising companies. Profile records are shared only with core internet governance networks when technically required (such as passing registrant information to domain registries for ICANN domain compliance) or with federal law enforcement authorities when provided with a valid, legally binding court order originating from the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA.
We deploy hardware-level system firewalls, localized transport layer encryption (SSL/TLS), and restricted administrative node rights to shield production storage layers. Account historical summaries and customer billing profiles are kept active for the legal duration of your subscription contracts and up to the baseline timeline required by US corporate tax accounting frameworks. Diagnostic server logs and system operational telemetry are rotated and wiped automatically every thirty days.
LAST STRUCTURAL REVISION: JUNE 1, 2026
Aveliso LLC strives to deliver premier digital infrastructure. If our server environments do not align with your core technical benchmarks, you may submit an internal help ticket within exactly seven (7) calendar days from your initial deployment sequence to request a full account refund.
Due to upstream resource blocks, provisioning costs, and irreversible registry parameters, refunds DO NOT apply to the following asset classes:
Clients can submit service cancellations at any point directly via our web portal. Cancellation flags must be set prior to the generation of the next automated billing invoice to prevent ongoing billing runs.
Initiating a formal credit card dispute or banking chargeback without coordinating directly with our system administration node first is a violation of this contract. If a chargeback is triggered, all connected virtual containers, databases, and operational servers will be immediately and permanently dropped from our cluster grid to protect our merchant health. Additionally, the user profile will be reported to international fraud mitigation databases, restricting future service signups across the web hosting industry.
LAST STRUCTURAL REVISION: JUNE 1, 2026
The stability, throughput, and hardware integrity of our multi-tenant compute nodes and core network pipes are absolute priorities. Users are strictly blocked from deploying our computing allocations for illegal, malicious, or network-disrupting operations.
Immediate account lockouts, complete node suspension, and data deletion will occur if a server instance is found to be engaged in:
On shared kernels or multi-tenant VPS hypervisors, users must not maintain continuous, unthrottled CPU load loops, infinite RAM allocation saturations, or permanent disk IOPS floods that reduce the performance of surrounding server setups. Aveliso LLC maintains the administrative right to enforce strict resource caps or isolate runaway processes to preserve overall node stability.
LAST STRUCTURAL REVISION: JUNE 1, 2026
We commit to maintaining a core hardware network and routing uplink availability baseline of 99.9% during any standard monthly billing run. If catastrophic hardware grid degradation or backhaul core failures reduce our platform below this target, customers can request account service credits.
SLA remediations are issued as internal billing credits against your next invoice cycle, formulated under the following availability tiers:
| Monthly Verified Uptime Window | Issued Credit Valuation |
|---|---|
| 99.9% to 99.99% core network availability | 5% Service Credit |
| 99.5% to 99.89% core network availability | 15% Service Credit |
| Below 99.0% verified infrastructure halt | 50% Service Credit |
To request an SLA credit, a formal claim ticket must be submitted via our WHMCS platform within seven (7) business days of the network outage event. Claims must include log outputs, traceroute details, and core connection diagnostics. Upstream scheduled maintenance slots, network mitigation actions (such as dropping paths during active incoming DDoS floods), and client-side operating system software crashes do not qualify for SLA credits.
For enterprise clients requiring custom BAAs or special SLA terms, please contact our legal department.
